Unilever rondt tender voor accountantscontrole af
Unilever heeft aangekondigd dat de tender voor de wettelijk vereiste accountantscontrole is afgerond en dat de keuze op KPMG is gevallen, onder voorbehoud van goedkeuring door de aandeelhouders. (Bericht alleen uitgegeven in het Engels.)
London/ Rotterdam, 2 December 2013 – Unilever today announced that it has concluded the tender process for its statutory audit contract.
Following completion of the audit of the accounts for the year ending 31 December 2013 KPMG will become Unilever’s statutory auditor, subject to approval by shareholders at the 2014 AGMs.
The Chairman of Unilever’s Audit Committee, Byron Grote said:
